Thesigers closes Current Intelligence website

Thesigers has discontinued the independent website of Current Intelligence (CI), the company's quarterly bulletin of geopolitics and current affairs.

Thesigers published CI from 2010 to 2013, providing readers with thoughtful analysis of breaking issues and emerging trends. CI was an online and print publication featuring concise essays on local, regional and international issues, typically focused on problems of geopolitics, foreign policy, and the environment. At its height, essays published in CI were read and favorably cited, quoted or republished in The Atlantic, The Economist, Fast Company, Forbes, Foreign Policy, Mother Jones, MSNBC, National Geographic, openDemocracy, Radio Free Europe/Radio Libery, the Calcutta Telegraph, Wired, and others.

The move was implemented as part of Thesigers' publication strategy, which includes plans to revive CI, on hiatus since January 2014, and to consolidate reports and publications under one roof. Readers and clients interested in consulting past issues, previously located at currentintelligence.net, can now find them on the Thesigers main website at thesigers.com/publications/current-intelligence.
