About Thesigers
Thesigers was founded on the premise that research of enduring value is built on solid fundamentals.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide research and advisory services that enable client strategy, integrity, operations and impact. We do this by focusing on the basics: understanding our clients, leveraging skills acquired through rigorous academic and professional training, and applying expertise developed under demanding, real world conditions.
Our Work
Most of our work takes place where it needs to be done: talking to people in remote villages and field stations; locating, preserving and translating documents in fragile and conflict affected states; interviewing and mentoring executive decision makers in urban financial centres; mining archives in musty basements and big datasets online.

Our People
Our people come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Clients benefit from this rich diversity of competencies, and from our focused, pragmatic and agile approach to work. Senior managers and permanent staff are supported by a global network of senior advisors, professional associates and regional partners.
Our Office
We manage all of this from our main office in London, located in close working proximity to the British Museum (across the street), the British Library (a short walk), the National Archives in Kew (a short drive), and London's unrivalled wealth of universities, think tanks and other centres of higher learning and expertise.
